EaseAccess24 provides an accessibility widget and related services aimed at assisting websites to improve accessibility in alignment with regulations and standards such as WCAG, EAA, and ADA. Our Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Installation and integration of the accessibility widget on Your website
• Regular updates and ongoing support
• Analytics and compliance monitoring (when applicable)

While We strive to enhance accessibility, We do not guarantee that the Service will achieve absolute compliance with all accessibility regulations for every website scenario.

4. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Service. By creating an account, You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Safeguard Your login credentials
• Notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of Your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under Your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we suspect is breached or otherwise violating these Terms.

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• Any outstanding payments will become due
• Sections regarding disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification will survive

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
• THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• ANY RESULTS FROM USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL EASEACCESS24 OR ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EaseAccess24 and its affiliates, employees, officers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property, confidentiality, or privacy rights

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malmö, Sweden.

You agree to attempt informal resolution of any dispute by contacting Us at contact@easeaccess24.com before filing any claim in court.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make a reasonable effort to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by EaseAccess24, constitute the entire agreement between You and EaseAccess24.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

15.3 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms by EaseAccess24 shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms nor transfer any rights without Our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer Our rights and obligations under these Terms freely.
